Struct PIM changelog for May

June 18, 2026

Product data work rarely slows down just because summer is around the corner.

New products still need to be enriched, markets still need localized content, and teams still need to find, update, and manage information without getting slowed down by unnecessary friction.

That’s why May’s updates are focused on making everyday work in Struct PIM faster and easier to navigate.

This month, we’re introducing a brand new grid editor for more efficient updates, a global search experience that helps you find the right data faster, and a clearer overview of translated content across fields and dimensions.

Together, these improvements help teams spend less time searching and clicking - and more time keeping product data accurate, structured, and ready to use.

New features

Introducing the brand new grid editor

Say goodbye to tedious, entity-by-entity updates and endless clicking.

The brand new grid editor brings spreadsheet-style workflows directly into Struct PIM, making it easier to update products, variants, and categories from the main overview.

With inline editing, copy-paste, drag-down, and pinned columns, teams can work faster across large assortments and frequent product updates.

You can update simple values, format rich text, and manage multiple rows at once without opening each entity individually.

And because changes are kept local until you hit save, you can move quickly while staying in control of your data.

We’ve written a dedicated deep dive into how the grid editor works and why it matters for product data teams. Read it here: Grid edit in Struct PIM: Work faster without losing control.

Enhancements

Global search

Large product data setups often come with one simple challenge: you know what you’re looking for, but not always where it lives.

A product reference might appear in several places. An ID might be connected to multiple entities. A specific term might be used across products, variants, or categories.

Global Search gives teams a faster way to connect those dots.

Instead of moving through different areas of Struct PIM one by one, you can search broadly and get a clearer view of where specific data appears across your setup.

For teams managing many products, markets, brands, or business units, this makes everyday navigation easier and more efficient.

It helps reduce manual lookup work, supports faster troubleshooting, and makes it simpler to understand how information is connected across your product data.

Overview of translated content on fields

Localized product content can be difficult to keep track of once your setup spans multiple languages, markets, or dimensions.

One field may have different values depending on language. Another may need market-specific content. And when product data grows, it becomes harder to see the full picture without jumping between views.

The new translation overview makes that work easier to follow.

It gives teams a more structured way to review translated field content, understand where localized values are active, and spot areas that may need attention.

For companies working across several regions, brands, or business units, this helps create a clearer foundation for multilingual product data management.

Other highlights this month

We’ve also released a few smaller updates that make everyday work in Struct PIM smoother.

You can now manually edit translations produced by the AI Translator, making it easier to refine wording, adjust terminology, and fit content to each market.

We’ve added a new attribute completion widget, giving users a clearer view of attribute progress and missing product information.

And finally, you can now download multiple assets from the Media archive, making it faster to work with product images, documents, and other media files.

Together, these updates make May a month focused on speed, clarity, and control.
