Struct PIM changelog for March

April 10, 2026

March brings a set of updates focused on giving you better visibility and control in your day-to-day work with product data.

From real-time insight into media storage to more precise control when working with list data, this month’s improvements are all about reducing friction where it actually slows you down.

The result? Less manual work, fewer workarounds, and a PIM environment that scales more smoothly with your data.

New features

Allow users to monitor media storage use

Media tends to grow quietly - until it becomes a problem you need to deal with.

With the new DAM Widget, you now get a real-time overview of your media storage usage directly from your dashboard.

No more digging through folders or relying on guesswork. You can instantly see how much space is being used and how much remains.

This gives you a clearer, more proactive foundation for managing your assets, helping you avoid surprises and stay ahead of capacity limits.

You can now:

  • Keep track of storage consumption as it grows
  • Identify when it’s time to clean up or optimize
  • Avoid unexpected limits or bottlenecks

Instead of reacting when storage becomes an issue, you can stay in control from the start.

Enhancements

Add item inline at specific position in list data

We’ve eliminated a familiar friction point when working with list data.

Previously, adding a new row meant placing it at the bottom of the list and then manually dragging it into the right position.

Now you can insert rows directly where you need them.

Simply hover over any row to reveal an “Insert above” option and add new items in context.

Maintain structure as you go instead of fixing it afterward - saving time and reducing manual adjustments.

This makes it easier to maintain structure as you work instead of fixing it afterward - and it ensures:

  • Fewer manual adjustments
  • More precise control over data structure
  • A smoother, faster editing experience

A small change on paper, but a meaningful improvement when working with larger or more complex datasets.

Cool things we added to business rules this month

Alongside the headline features and enhancements, we’ve also rolled out a set of smaller - but impactful - updates to how you work with business rules.

These improvements are all about giving you more flexibility when building, structuring, and maintaining your rules in day-to-day work.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Internal IDs can now be used in concatenate and copy actions in business rules
  • Actions can now be easily cut or copied between conditions when building business rules
  • Support for matching on sub-attributes in global list values within conditions
  • The ability to use catalogues as a condition in business rules
  • A new option to negate “created by” and “modified by” conditions
  • AI Assistant actions in business rules can run without approval flows
  • Business rules can now be organized into multi-level folder structures for better overview and control

On their own, these updates might seem small, but together they remove friction in how you build and manage business rules.

The result is a more flexible, scalable setup that’s easier to maintain as complexity grows.
