AI in Struct PIM operates at three levels - from helping individual users in the moment, to running automated workflows, to connecting with external AI systems.
Struct Credits
Pay for what you use. Nothing more.
Struct Credits is the billing model for AI in Struct PIM. You set a monthly cap, your team uses what they need, and you only pay for actual consumption - billed on your regular Struct invoice.
Free credits included in every plan
Every new Struct PIM subscription comes with a set of free AI credits to try out the AI capabilities from day one - no commitment required.
Admin sets the monthly cap
The admin defines a maximum monthly credit limit - for example, 5,000 credits. Users cannot exceed this without the admin raising the cap. You are always in control.
Pay only for what you actually use
If your cap is 5,000 credits but your team uses 3,500, you are only billed for 3,500. No minimum spend, no wasted budget.
Billed on your regular Struct invoice
AI usage is added to your existing monthly Struct invoice. No separate AI subscriptions, no extra vendor relationships to manage.
Full visibility into consumption
The usage dashboard shows exactly which users have used how many credits on which tasks - so you always know where your AI budget is going.
