At Struct, we’re constantly improving how teams manage, enrich, and distribute product data inside Struct PIM.
This month’s release introduces new functionality and major performance improvements - helping you automate business logic, manage daily workflows more efficiently, and navigate the platform with greater speed and stability.
Here’s what’s new this September.
New features
New condition for business rules
You can now add a condition that checks whether an entity is owned by or related to your business units.
For example, you can now trigger workflows only for entities belonging to specific brands or regions.
This means the condition enables you to automate your business and brand processes, giving you full control over them.
You can read more about how to set up business rules to trigger on business units here.

Sort tasks inside the tasks widget
With this new update, you can now sort tasks inside your dashboard widget in the way that best suits your workflow.
Sort by ‘Deadline’ to focus on the most urgent items, or choose ascending or descending order to view your progress the way you prefer.
It’s a small update that makes everyday work smoother and more intuitive.

Enhancements
Improved performance
We’ve made significant performance enhancements to ensure Struct PIM keeps up with your growing datasets:
- Sidebar menu now loads faster, reducing wait times as you move between sections
- Dropdown menu is now powered by lazy loading, meaning even lists with thousands of records open without slowing down the platform
These enhancements make the entire experience feel lighter, faster, and more responsive - giving teams a seamless workflow, no matter the size of your catalog.
We’re already building on these improvements as part of our ongoing commitment to a platform that feels effortless to use every day.
