Struct PIM changelog for November

December 11, 2025

Last month’s update features new shortcut functionality in Struct PIM 4, enhanced AI capabilities including GPT-5 support and DeepL translations, as well as new additions to business rules.

This changelog brings a mix of usability updates and smarter automation designed to make Struct PIM even more efficient.

Here’s what’s new this November.

New features

Added shortcut functionality

Navigating large product structures, and rule configurations is now faster than ever. You can create shortcuts anywhere in the PIM, whether for specific entities, business rules, global lists, or other frequently accessed areas.

This new feature helps you:

  • Reduce the number of clicks in your daily workflows
  • Jump directly to the pages you use the most
  • Personalize Struct PIM to match your unique business processes

These shortcuts allow teams to tailor the platform to their role-specific needs, making Struct PIM both more intuitive and more efficient.

Enhancements

Improved rule navigation and new Variation Definition trigger

Navigation from trigger to sub rules

With this enhancement, you can seamlessly navigate from a rule to its subrules, and back again, with a single click.

This streamlined navigation makes it significantly easier to:

  • Understand relationships between rules
  • Maintain a clear overview when configuring automations
  • Troubleshoot and optimize rule logic without losing your place

For teams managing intricate workflows, this enhancement helps keep complexity under control.

Variation Definition trigger

A new trigger type has been added to business rules: Variation Definition changed.

This trigger activates whenever a product’s variation definition is modified - whether new options are added, existing ones are removed, or the structure changes.

This allows you to:

  • Automatically respond to changes in variant setup
  • Keep downstream workflows aligned with evolving product configurations
  • Ensure data consistency across catalogs, channels, and enrichment processes

For organizations with multi-market variant structures, this new trigger brings more precision and automation to everyday operations.

Struct PIM AI Assistant should support GPT-5 models

Our AI Assistant now supports GPT-5 models, bringing more accurate reasoning, deeper contextual understanding, and improved reliability to your AI-driven workflows.

This upgrade ensures that Struct PIM continues to leverage the most advanced language models available.

AI translation - Support for DeepL

We have expanded our translation capabilities by adding support for DeepL, giving users access to one of the world’s most trusted engines for natural, context-aware translations.

For teams working across multiple languages or international catalogs, this enhancement significantly strengthens global content production.
