Partner-led growth role in a fast-growing SaaS company
Are you driven by building strong partnerships, creating commercial momentum, and helping customers succeed? At Struct, we are looking for a Senior Sales & Partner Manager to scale and grow our Danish presence through our partner ecosystem.
Work location
Struct A/S, Odense, Denmark (hybrid possible)
The role
As our Senior Sales & Partner Manager for the Danish market, you will play a key role in Struct’s daily commercial execution and long-term growth strategy.
You will be responsible for the success, activation, and growth of our agency partners, while also identifying and onboarding new partners that strengthen our ecosystem.
You will respond and sell directly to end customers and find the best suited Partner for the implementation.
This is a versatile role combining sales, partnerships, enablement, and co-selling, with a high degree of ownership and impact.
Partner relationships & growth
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders across commercial, technical, and leadership levels.
- Ensure Struct is positioned as a strategic partner, not just a software provider.
- Maintain regular, structured touchpoints with preferred and official partners.
- Understand partner business models, goals, and growth plans — and align Struct’s value accordingly.
- Review and manage partner pipelines and actively push Struct involvement in relevant opportunities.
- Drive joint sales activities such as co-selling, co-pitching, and proposal support.
- Participate in end-customer meetings and support partners in closing deals.
Lead & sales management
Follow up on inbound end-customer leads (MQLs) and qualify opportunities.
- Drive and build pipeline with both inbound and outbound prospects from the Danish market towards closure.
- Follow-up and ensure progress on own pipeline.
- Plan and participate in sales activities like conferences, seminars, webinars and dinners as part of your lead generation through partner and Struct.
Marketing & internal collaboration
- Drive joint marketing initiatives with partners, including campaigns, webinars, events, and case stories.
- Collaborate closely with internal presales and take ownership of driving deals toward closure.
- Work with Marketing on partner campaigns and ecosystem initiatives.
- Support partner reporting, data quality, and continuous improvements to the partner program.
Qualifications
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with partner management, channel sales, agency ecosystems, or SaaS partnerships.
- Understand PIM, ERP, digital agencies, e-commerce, or adjacent technology landscapes.
- Are structured, commercially minded, and relationship-driven.
- Thrive in a hybrid role combining sales, partnerships, and customer success.
- Can challenge partners commercially while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Take ownership naturally and enjoy working with high autonomy.
- Communicate confidently in English & Danish.
