Responsibilities
As our technical supporter, you will be responsible for 1st & 2nd line support for our customer base, handling tickets created by both end-users and digital agencies. Through our HelpDesk and over the phone, you will assist in resolving their issues, well-supported by our developers.
Tasks include:
- Debugging, identifying bugs, and tackling technical challenges.
- Knowledge of support platform technologies.
- Handling support inquiries and delivering excellent customer service.
- Documentation and video guides.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, REST APIs, Azure, and Cloudflare.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure servers and SQL databases.
Qualifications
- Relevant education or experience in IT (Computer Science, software developer or similar)
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn more.
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
- Flexibility and ability to take initiative to HELP.
- Most importantly, your personality is crucial - If you're made of the right stuff, passionate about making a difference, and have a ready smile, you're well on your way.
