What is the price of Struct PIM 4?

Can clients choose to stay on Struct PIM 3?

You can choose to stay on Struct PIM 3 for now. However, the system will reach end of life in December 2026.

What can we expect from Struct PIM 3 going forward?

Struct PIM 3 runs the Umbraco platform. We will be upgrading to Umbraco 13 with the next feature release (3.16). We will continue to provide regular fixes and security updates for this version, but future major features will be part of Struct PIM 4, which runs on its own infrastructure.

Why should clients upgrade and what does the upgrade path look like?

Upgrading to Struct PIM 4 offers a modern, user-friendly interface, making onboarding and daily tasks easier. The upgrade process keeps product data intact, maintains backward compatibility for APIs, but requires re-creating users and migrating assets.

When can partners expect their clients to be updated?

Most clients should be upgraded during 2025. Upgrade will happen in collaboration with the Struct PIM partner.

What is the future plan for new clients?

They will all start on Struct PIM 4 from January 2025 onwards.

How does the migration to Struct PIM 4 work?

The migration itself is free with Struct. However, it may require minor updates to integrations and data receivers handled by your partner.
